Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 12:00. We always do our best to accommodate early arrivals or later departures.

Room rates are subject to applicable taxes (currently 19%)

All rooms are non-smoking.

Once availability is confirmed through email, we like to have a one night deposit which is fully refunded should you change your travel plans 14 days or more in advance of your arrival date. No refund for cancellations with less than 14 days notice.

In accordance with the Mexican Law, The Red Tree House is covered by "Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil" a Liability insurance.
