Terms of Hire

1. A £100 cash or Paypal deposit is required on top of the hire charge. Alternatively a Credit or Debit Card can be left at The Athena Rooms. This will be returned on safe return of the equipment in full working and undamaged order.

2. The cost of any damages or missing parts will be taken from the deposit or charged to the card. We’re sure you won’t deliberately trash our stuff, but if the damage is really bad, and costs more than £100, you will be expected to make up the extra cost.

3. The rates are for dry hire only - ie no sound engineer will come and tweak your levels.

4. You will need to arrange a mutually convenient time with The Athena Rooms for collection and drop off at the end of the hire period. Please give as much notice as possible so that we can get equipment checked and ready.

5. Late returns will be charged at £10 per 24hours unless otherwise agreed.
