Please be aware that upon the conclusion of an investigation of any and all appeals, false statements, and/or other violations identified will result in additional charges and fines.

Citation APPEALS/DISPUTES can not be accepted over the phone. Appeals may only be submitted through this online form, mailed via USPS to 5355 Laurel Oak Drive Suwanee, GA 30024 or dropped off at the Main Gate. Payment can be mailed or paid at the same address. All checks and money orders should be made out to LSHOA. Appeals will only be accepted within 7 days of citation date.
