All teams should be prepared to play their first round games at noon Friday, September 22, 2016.
All scheduling considerations should be given at the time of the application to be considered. We will review the requests: however, there are no guarantees all requests can be granted by the tournament committee.
We will make every attempt to have a final schedule issued 2 weeks prior to the start of the tournament.
Teams must submit final payment and certified hockey rosters one month prior to the start of play.
By submitting this entry form, the team contact person, on behalf of the team, releases the sponsors, organizers and other volunteers of the above named event from liablility, injury or accident which may be incurred by any player, team official or spectator while participating in or traveling to or from this event.
