Please note that submission of this form is not confirmation of your booking or availability of the facility. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you have received notice from the Town of Three Hills and the below requested deposit or payment is received and acknowledged.
1. For bookings of more than 30 days in advance - a 50% deposit must be paid within 5 days of the issuance of this Contract. The remainder or payment is due 30 days prior to the booking date.
2. For bookings of less than 30 days’ notice - full payment must be provided within five business days of issuance of this Contract.
The payment of the Reservation Deposit and or Payment, whether or not the contract is signed, serves as acknowledgement and understanding of, and agreement to, adhere to these Terms and Conditions. Payment of a Reservation Deposit and or Payment is required to secure your request. If the Reservation Deposit and/or Payment is not made by the dates indicated on this contract, your booking will become void.
