To qualify for free koozies, you must submit this form before your artwork is approved (unless giving permission to do so after).

Koozies will be Shirt and Simple koozies (black with Gold ink). Please contact us to request a picture if you'd like to see the koozies!

You will be given one koozie for every shirt ordered from your order page. For example, if you have 75 shirts in your order, you will get 75 koozies.

The text we add to your design must be added to a print location that you have customized (back, front, sleeve, etc). If you have a customized back, we will always try to add this text to the bottom of that screen unless you specify otherwise. Text will be added using an ink color you have used in your customization. Our art team will allow you to preview and approve the final design with the added text.
