Please read through these notes before starting your application:

Media wishing to film/record at Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2011 must apply seperately for broadcast accreditation. Please contact Rosanna Townsend at rosanna.townsend@imgworld.com or alternatively tel: 0208 233 6277.

Application Deadline: The deadline for media accreditation applications will be 03 June 2011. Media accreditation is at the discretion of Colman Getty PR and applications made after this date may not be considered.

We will be emailing confirmation of accreditation, however cannot guarantee to confirm successful or unsuccessful applications until a week after the deadline.

Please Note: Media accreditation is granted on the basis of planned coverage. Therefore not providing a full and thorough account of your planned coverage for the 2011 show may affect your chance of being accredited.
If you are freelance please state at least three publications which most regularly publish your work.
