Groups registering by 5:00PM on Tuesday, April 3 should plan to pick up their supplies at our Supply Pickup on Saturday, April 9 at Louisville Slugger Field from 10:00AM-12:00, noon. Groups who cannot attend the Supply Pickup or who are registering on or after Wednesday, April 4 should make plans to pickup their supplies at the Brightside Offices (400 S. First Street, 40202) April 10-13 from 8:30AM-5:30PM.
Please remember, if you do not attend the Supply Pickup your shirts will go back into the "General Population" and become eligible for groups who registered after the 5,000 volunteer point or who may need extra items.
