Hensley Arrow/Cub Hitch Bar Exchange

The Hensley Hitch Bar Exchange program allows original owners or owners who have purchased a lifetime warranty to exchange their hitch bar in the event they buy a new tow vehicle or trailer.

If you've purchased a new trailer, please check your coupler style. Refer to your owner's manual for the different coupler styles. If your new coupler style requires different frame brackets, please call Hensley Mfg. to order.

Owners of used Hensley Arrow or Cub hitches may use this form and purchase a hitch bar, but may not return their old hitch bar for a refund. For questions about purchasing a lifetime warranty, please contact Hensley Mfg. at 1-800-410-6580 x117. If you've already purchased a warranty for your used Hensley, we will exchange your hitch bar.

You will be charged $202 for your new hitch bar plus shipping & handling. Owners with a warranty will receive an orange sheet in the U.S. mail with return shipping information and your Return Authorization number. Include this sheet in the box when you return your old hitch bar. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, but you may use whichever service you prefer for the return.
