*Los DVDs para preselección, deberán ser enviadas por correo postal o por "courier" con la indicación “SIN VALOR COMERCIAL. UNICAMENTE USO CULTURAL” adjuntando lista de diálogos o de subtítulos en inglés o castellano.

* DVDs for pre-selection must be sent by post or courier labelled as follows: "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE. CULTURAL USE ONLY" The list of dialogues or subtitles in English or Spanish must also be enclosed.

• La inscripción de una película en el Festival implica el total acuerdo de las reglas de participación. La persona que procede a la inscripción de una película debe asegurarse de la conformidad de participación de terceras personas eventualmente implicadas en la producción.

• Autorizo al Festival CINE//B a proyectar la película aquí inscripta, tanto en las distintas actividades del festival como en futuras muestras itinerantes para lo cual dono la presente copia.

  Autorizo, sin recibir contraprestación económica alguna, su exhibición pública durante el festival para la difusión de esta edición o sucesivas. Autorizo utilizar máximo 5 minutos de material visual para fines de promoción. Así mismo autorizo a los organizadores la exhibición no comercial de su obra en las ciudades que conforman la itinerancia nacional e internacional, para lo cual previamente se contactarán con el productor/distribuidor a cargo. El participante declara a la firma de su ficha de inscripción que es propietario de todos los derechos de la película antes mencionada, de sus archivos sonoros y/o visuales, y exonera a la Organización de cualquier reclamación que puedan hacer terceros sobre la exhibición pública, la propiedad intelectual o patrimonial de los mismos.

• Entering a film in the Festival implies total acceptance of the rules of participation. The person making the entry must ensure that any third parties involved in the production of the film agree to its participation in the Festival.

• I authorize Festival CINE// B to screen the film submitted in the different screening activities of the Festival as well as in future travelling exhibitions, for which reason I donate the present copy of the film.

  I authorize its screening, for a public exhibition during the Festival, in this edition or successive editions, without receiving any monetary compensation. I authorize to use 5 minutes maximum of visual material of the film for promotional purposes. I also authorize the organizers the non-commercial screening of the work in the cities that conform the national ant international travelling exhibitions, as long as the Festival informs the distributor/productor about the event previously. The participant declares with the sign on the submission form that is the owner of all the rights of the film mentioned before, the sound an visual files included and exonerates the Organization of this Festival from any claim that others may do about the public exhibition, the intellectual or patrimonial property of it.
