  • Women making a difference in politics and government. Founded in 1971 by 300 women NWPC has grown to a powerful multi-partisan political organization comprised of thousands of members. It is the only national membership organization whose mission is to recruit, train and elect and appoint pro-choice women to public office and decision making boards and commissions. Women are essential to good government and a healthy strong America. They offer a wide range of talent, experience and understanding that our nation must draw upon if we are to deal effectively with the challenges that confront us at home and abroad. To accomplish these goals women must be willing to assume political power and responsibility, not just as informed voters but as legislators and members of the judiciary and high level appointees and chief executives.

    Membership includes full voting rights in NWPC Sacramento,

    the California and the National organization.
