  • If late drop off is requested (after 4:00pm) please feed your dog dinner before they come if possible. Dogs dropped off after 4 will receive limited or no group playtime that day depending upon the time they arrive and whether they need dinner.
  • All information including emails, phone numbers and names will be used solely by Doguroo to communicate with you or your designated emergencies contacts and will be kept CONFIDENTIAL.  We will protect and NEVER share personal information collected unless directed to do so by you.

  • For multiple dogs, simply list each dog's name in front of their instructions if they are different.

    PLEASE NOTE:  We cannot "free feed" because we must be able to measure and assess how much your dog is or is not eating during their stay. So, please be sure to provide a specific amount of food per meal.  If they free feed at home, you may need to use the guide provided by your food brand based on your dog's age, weight and activity level. One of our Food Gurus would be happy to help guide you if you are unsure!

  • Please let us know what we can try in the event your dog is not eating AND/OR what food to supplement from our retail selection if they run out.  We've addesd our best options for picky eaters below.  Please feel free to speak with any one of pack members for more information!

  • Bathing & Grooming Services

  • We highly recommend baths for dogs who board. There's nothing quite like a clean dog to snuggle up with after a long trip!
  • Bathing Services: (Offered 7 days a week, No prior appointment needed!)*
  • Grooming Customers:

  • Our Groomers prefer an initial face-to-face consultation before grooming dogs to ensure the best possible experience. Therefore, first-time Grooming appointments (for hair-cuts) cannot be completed during a boarding stay. Please feel free to schedule a bath service (above) and call or email to schedule your FIRST Grooming appointment at another time. Thank you!

  • Grooming Services: (This is a Request for Appointment ONLY and is not a reservation. One of our pack receptionists will still need to confirm if an appointment is available during this stay.)
  • TIP FROM THE GUROO :: Do it yourself! You may just want to take advantage of our Self Wash when you pick up.  We provide all the supplies, you'll save your back and can use bath time as a bonding experience!  It's only $15 per dog and is open 7 days a week until 7:00pm.

  • You may pickup your dog anytime during our operating hours. Pickups after 1:00pm will incur a $20 charge.*
