We [your organization] understand that the following conditions apply regarding the acceptance of items from Clothes The Deal.

1. Clothing and other items will be provided to your organization on an as need basis. Although Clothes The Deal tries to accommodate for everyone, there may be certain sizes that are not available all the time. Clothing and other items provided to your organization must be apporved by Clothes The Deal Management.

2. Items may only be provided to your clients who are in need of and have met certain requirements of completion or involement with your organization (to be agreed upone with Clothes The Deal Management).

3. No items dontated by Clothes The Deal to your organization may be sold, but items which have not been taken by your clients after a six-month period may be donated at your descretion.

4. Job success data and client information will be provided to Clothes The Deal upon request.
