Request a Certificate by Mail
We now send all Certificates of Completion via email. You can fill out the form below to request and pay for a printed certificate or a reprint.

Certificate Name Changes: Students may request a correction or legal name change on a We Care Online certificate or digital credential. Typographical errors caused by WCO will be corrected at no charge. Requests involving a different legal name may require documentation showing the name change. Replacement credentials will retain the original course completion date, course information, and credential record. We Care Online cannot alter certificates issued by a state agency, registry, testing organization, or outside partner.

Please allow 10 days to 2 weeks to receive the certificate via USPS mail.
