    An initial enquiry to hold a golf day at Leatherhead Golf Club will be assigned a provisional reservation.
    To convert a provisional booking to a confirmed booking we require payment of a deposit of £10 per person. This deposit is nonrefundable.
    Please keep us informed as to the numbers attending. Final numbers are required 3 days before the event, and this will be the minimum number we charge for.
    The final invoice must be paid in full before the start of play on the day.
    Please be advised that the use of mobile phones should be confined to the Patio and Car Park, appropriate golf clothing must be worn on the course, (denim clothing, tee shirts and trainers are not appropriate), and spiked shoes should not be worn in the lounge.
    Play is from yellow tees - Nearest the Pin is not available from the 2nd hole due to time constraints.
    Golf clubs and other valuables should not be left unattended in or around the clubhouse. We regret that Leatherhead Golf Club cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any items. Leatherhead Golf Club has a dress code that should be adhered to, for more information, please see the website. Mobile phones should be kept on silent at all times and not used in the clubhouse or on the golf course unless in emergency.
