Click submit and we will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm your order and and expected delivery time.
Please allow at least 2 weeks for your garment to be sewn and shipped.
Once your order is confirmed, payment can be made via PayPal or Bank Deposit.
Once full amount is received your order will be processed.

We are forever finding beautiful and unusual Vintage buttons and trims, however as these pieces are often rare, unfortunately we can't duplicate many of the looks exactly the same. If there was something special you had in mind please comment below and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

Fabric choices and colours will change with the season depending on what HerPony can find. Many fabrics are vintage and therefore limited quantities are available. (Price of standard dress may vary accordingly)

We at HerPony pride ourselves on producing special one of a kind garments. Making custom dresses allows you to create your own special design and fit it perfectly to your unique body shape. Due to the one of a kind nature of HerPony garments we will not refund or exchange due to wrong fit, or change of mind. We will endeavour to follow your order exactly as you have submitted to the measurements and details you have provided. If, however you are unhappy with your garment then please contact lauren@herpony.com.au to discuss the matter further. Once the order is submitted we will confirm all order, payment and expected arrival time details by return email. Once payment is confimed the order will be hand made by one of our talented seamstresses. Once payment is received there will be no change to orders accepted and no refunds.
