FAMILY PORTRAITS (post ceremony)
This can be the most stressful picture taking session of the day so I ask that you please appoint a family member or friend to gather everyone needed for portraits. I have tried to simplify this session by the basic/standard suggestions below but please write in any additional special combination or family members that you would like added. As your photographer, I do not know (or pretend to assume) your unique family dynamics and therefore will need to be informed of your specific family groupings.

The following list constitutes the basic family portrait groupings. This set of portraits generally takes 15-20 minutes.
Standard Family groupings:

When adding to this list, please keep in mind that each additional grouping can take 5 or more minutes, so please email or notify each family before the wedding to let them know to stick around after the ceremony for photos (and maybe have the officiant also make a reminder announcement. Please just let me know the Family Group Name and Approximate # of People in the space below. Example: Morgan Family: 7-10 people

Please note, my assistant and I need to eat on the wedding day :) we would prefer to be served as close as possible (time wise) to your meals. That way we are eating when you are eating and we'll be able to take photographs when you're back up to mingle and dance.
Please note, I generally prefer to photograph through the last main event at the reception which is usually the bouquet/garter toss or cake cutting. What time is this scheduled for?
