Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate will be welcomed, kindly inform us in due time.

For Cancellations a written dated request needs to be handed to us, you will be reimbursed 50% of the fee for cancellations 60 days prior to the event, 25% of the fee for cancellations 30 days prior to the event, no refund will be given if cancelation is requested less than 30 days prior to the event.
