MetriX supports the following database engines for KPI data retrieval:

Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008	No additional installation required
Oracle 8i, 9i, 10g, 11g	Must also install Oracle 11g client and Oracle Data Access Components
MySQL 5.x	Must also install MySQL connector for .NET
IBM DB2 & Informix	Must also install IBM Data Server Client 9.5+
