The Dream Tour, created by Dr. Bernard Harris, The Harris Foundation and the ExxonMobil Foundation, is a motivational program that encourages America’s middle school students to find and achieve their potential. At the same time, the technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) as a means to fulfill their dreams. Dr. Harris, a physician, businessman and the first African American to walk in space, delivers an engaging and educational program to students through The Dream Tour program. He serves as a role model to inspire students to believe in themselves and "shoot for the stars."
Attire for this event is jeans/khakis with comfortable shoes, as there will be a lot of walking/movement involved. Each volunteer will receive an ExxonMobil shirt to wear during the event (the shirt will be yours to keep).
