I understand and fulfill the scriptural requirements of leadership in 1 Timothy 3:1-7.

I have read and agree with the Tenets of Faith of the Faith Landmarks Ministerial Fellowship.

I also understand that my minimum Annual Membership offering for new applications for Faith Landmarks Ministerial Fellowship is $100.00 (or $150.00 for a couple). The Annual Membership Renewal fee is $35 for individuals and $50 for couples.
