The submission of this form indicates: 1. The submitter and student agree to the policies and regulations as set and located in our handbook. 2. Your submission indicates you have received a copy of the student handbook, you have read the handbook, you understand and agree with the handbook, and you understand that the student handbook is always located online at www.worldhopeacademy.org for your viewing. 3. Student and parent affirm that work submitted to WHA will be completed by the student without unfair help from any other person. 4. Student can enroll without providing transcripts but must provide transcripts within 30 days of enrollment. While World Hope Academy may request the transcript for the student, World Hope Academy is not responsible for the transcript and the student must request the transcript and follow up on the request. Failure to provide transcript will result in automatic withdrawal. 5. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES WILL BE HEARD IN MIAMI, FL UNDER AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION ARBITRATION GUIDELINES AS OUTLINED IN THE STUDENT HANDBOOK. In the event that World Hope Academy is found to be liable in any way under arbitration or court, then the maximum liability for World Hope Academy and/or officers and employees will be the total of the tuition paid. 6. Student and/or submitter agree that a copy of this form by any mean is as valid as the original. 7. Submitter understands that there is no refund. 8. Submitter understands that all material comes in CD which requires a computer with cd/dvd player to open and/or use and that there are no manual books. 9. Submitter understands that student has the maximum of one year from enrollment to complete the work.
