PRICING:
$100* (Gratuity not included) includes 1 song from the song list and 1 handmade card.
*If you would like additional songs and/or cards, please let us know in the notes section, and we can adjust your invoice accordingly. Each additional song is $50 extra, up to 3 songs.
PAYMENT:
After we receive your order form, we will check availability and then send you a Paypal link to your email. When you have paid through Paypal your telegram will be officially booked. (NOTE: Paypal invoice must be paid within 24 hrs of receipt, otherwise the booking is forfeited). We do not accept cash, check, money order, or orders over the phone.
POLICIES:
NO CANCELLATION once the performer is booked for the time slot requested by the client. Booking occurs when payment is processed. If there is an issue/conflict prior to the scheduled performance, client may reschedule the performer, as long as proper notice is given. We can give you a credit for a future date.
DELIVERY WINDOW:
We ask for a one-hour window for delivery time and guarantee to show up within the time slot specified. Customer assumes responsibility that a singing telegram is allowed at the destination, as well as ensuring the recipient is at the delivery site at the agreed time.
BOOKING NOTICE:
-At least 48 hours notice is required to book.
-At least 24 hours notice is required for any rescheduling.
-Any orders placed within 48 hours of the desired delivery time cannot be rescheduled. Sorry, but we are unable to process Same Day Bookings.
