The signer and student agree to the policies and regulations as set and located in our handbook. Your signature indicates you have received a copy of the student handbook, you have read the handbook, you understand and agree with the handbook, and you understand that the student handbook is always located online at www.worldhopeacademy.org for your viewing. Student and parent affirm that work submitted to WHA will be completed by the student without unfair help from any other person. Any discount received or discount tuition paid will only apply towards the 18 credit program. Students must complete a minimum of 4 credits to earn a high school diploma from World Hope Academy, or if an exit exam was failed then 2.5 credits. These courses are online and student assures WHA that they are proficient in computers as WHA does not teach computers. The student and signer agree to the terms in this signature section. Any denied debit or credit card transaction will incur a $25 NSF fee and online access will be suspended. Student and/or cardholder agree to let World Hope Academy charge the debit or credit card provided. Student and/or cardholder is/are responsible for the full tuition amount listed above whether the student completes the program or not. Regardless of the reason, THERE IS NO REFUND AT WORLD HOPE ACADEMY. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES WILL BE HEARD IN MIAMI, FL UNDER AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION ARBITRATION GUIDELINES AS OUTLINED IN THE STUDENT HANDBOOK.
