    ACCEPTANCE PROCESS:

    This is an application form for our large-scale "1715 Collective" popup happening in a 2-floor indoor venue space of 9k square feet and anticipating 500+ ticket-holders.

    We're throwing a curated streetwear and art festival with interactive workshops and brand activations, therefore, vendors that align with those themes will be prioritized. Spots are allocated on a curated, first-come, first-serve basis, however, not all vendors will be accepted. There are approx. 50 vending spots.

    You will receive a confirmation email and payment details if accepted. Please do not apply more than once as it will void your application. You will only be contacted by us if you have been accepted.

    No updates will be able to be provided. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Due to the volume of interest, the 1715 Collective does not send decline messages or application status updates to applicants.

    Please do not submit your vendor fee before being officially accepted by our team.

    VENDOR AGREEMENT AND FEE:

    Daily Vendor Fee:

    • $200 General 6x6 Vendor Spot
    • $250 Premium 8x8 Vendor Spot
    • $300 - Feature 12x10 Vendor Spot (Mandatory for any food / beverage vendors)
    • Please note the vendor spot does not include table or chair rentals. Each vendor is responsible for bringing their full set-up. If table rental is needed, please contact us and we can share rental rates. You must sign our vendor agreement and pay your non-refundable vendor fee within 48 hours of your spot being allocated and invoice being sent. Failure to make payment by the date given in your invoice will lead to your spot being given to another vendor on the waitlist, so please be responsive.
    • VENDOR SET UP: All vendors are responsible for their entire setup including tables, chairs, racks, extension cords, command strips for signage, additional lighting, etc. All vendor staff must be present by 10AM on the day of the event to receive your 2 vendor wristbands. Any staff arriving after 12PM will not be permitted without a ticket to the event.

    • If accepted, please be prepared to pay the vendor fee via e-transfer upon confirmation. Do not send any payment until we confirm you directly.
    • Please bring all necessary supplies and let us know ahead of time if you will need to be placed by an electrical outlet. We will not be able to accomodate you with one without prior notice. All vendors with tables must come with some type of tablecloth. 
    • 1715 Collective is not liable for any items stolen, goods damaged, or injuries.
    • By submitting an application you agree to the vendor fee being nonrefundable.
    • You also consent to your booth being photographed / videoed.
    • Please note that any vendor who is late, takes up more space than the allocated booth size they paid for, doesn't promote the event as discussed, and / or is unprofessional to the organizers will not be invited back.
  • I agree that this Application and any other documents to be delivered in connection herewith may be electronically signed, and that any electronic signatures appearing on this Application or such other documents are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility. I warrant that I have the right, power, and authority to apply to be a vendor at this event.
