Reinstatement & Senior Emeritus Membership Applications are accepted between January 1 and November 15.
REINSTATEMENT - This form is to be completed and signed by the club's WGAWP Handicap Chair. The reinstated member must be a full golfing member at their affiliated club. The handicap chair should verify this with the golf professional or manager.

SENIOR EMERITUS - You may complete this form on your behalf.

Upon approval of your application, you will receive an acceptance letter from the handicap chair, instructions on how to establish an account in Golf Genius, and an emailed invoice of $135 for the membership fee through Golf Genius.
