Dear Stallholder,

Please take your time to complete your application, to ensure that you only need to do it ONCE.

Near the end of the application, you will get to the page where you can upload your mandatory certificates that will accompany your application.

1. Certificate of currency for insurance
2. Associations Incorporation Certificate (if appropriate)
3. Food vendor licence (if appropriate)

If an application is declined then a refund will be made ASAP to the applicant’s nominated bank account. No refund will be made if an application is cancelled within 3 weeks prior to the event.

At any time during the entire process you can click the "save" icon on the bottom of each window, to save and continue later. IF you lose your link or have any difficulty, you can always start again.

Standard site size is 3m x 3m

Multiple sites can be purchased to make up a larger site (eg. 6m x 3m, 9m x 3m) Multiply the price of a standard size for every increase in standard size required.

If your stall is anything other than a standard size please provide us with length and widthIf your vehicle needs to stay attached to your trailer/van, please include vehicle in the TOTAL measurement, length/width, so we can ensure you are allocated enough space (this may mean you need to pay for more than the standard 3m x 3m site, as you will be taking up more than one stall site).

SJ Food & Farm Fest committee.

Public Liability insurance is required and a certificate of currency must be provided with this application.

Stalls selling food items must provide a copy of their Food Business Licence certificate.

Documents will be attached at the end of the form, just before the payment link.

Each stallholder is allocated 2 stall helper tickets for free. You can add these tickets to your booking payment.
