    Please submit your keyline graphics/stand artwork for Collision 2020.

    In order for your keyline graphics to be accepted it must be an .ai file.

  • Design and specifications:

    Final stand artwork must be submitted to the organisers for approval before deadline of 15 May.

    Please use the keylines template provided in the exhibitor manual in order to submit your stand artwork. Please read the artwork submission guide here.

  • Screen Render File Upload

    In order for your screen render to be accepted it must be a pdf file.

  • Wall mounted screen:


    Partners are allowed to bring their own screen and screen stand onsite for setup at their exhibition booth. For insurance and operational purposes, we do not facilitate the mounting of personal screens for partners at our events. Partners can hire screens and order screen mounting or a screen stand through our partner store. 

    Design and specifications:

    Screen renders must be submitted to the organisers for approval before deadline of TBC.

    If you have purchased wall mounting you should upload a render outlining where you want your screen to be positioned on your stand, including exact dimensions and measurements. Your screen render should be placed over your keyline graphics. A guide on screen render submissions can be found here.
