Please describe your project. We would like to know what the environment is currently like, what threats it is facing (if any), what you hope to document and why, and why this location matters to you and your community.

Please tell us the name of your Project. Consider the area in which you are performing the data collection when naming the effort.

What is the name your site and describe it. What does it look like and what are you documenting there (if you have more than one site please list by name).

Please list your stations. Please separate each one by a comma and you must list what site it belongs to if you have multiple sites. Each Site must have at least one Station. These require GPS coordinates in order to be added to our database.

Please describe each station and list the GPS coordinates. If you have multiple sites please list them out by name.

Please explain the long and short term goals you have for the project you wish to start. We encourage you start with the basics first, and then think about adding to your Project by getting involved with a local researcher, university, or government entity that could benefit from your data or that you could collect other data for. Or maybe you would like to add 3-D video, photos, or models to your project in the future.

Project Baseline is not responsible for your project receiving the necessary government permission to be allowed to gather data. Please know and follow your local laws.

NOTICE for all Project Baseline volunteers: No organization will ensure any level of safety any greater than you have on your own when you dive. If/when you are diving with others in support of Project Baseline, you do so the same as if you were out with friends. Do not expect anyone to ensure your qualifications or anyone you’re diving with. If you have doubts about any aspect of your Project Baseline dive, your diving partner(s) or team, you should find a diving buddy you trust, or choose not to participate.
