Your companion tour package includes dinner at a nearby restaurant before the concert!

Carnegie Hall!

Your companion tour package includes concert tickets for each participant to Carnegie Hall on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 for the 8:00 PM concert.
Carnegie Hall's COVID-19 safety policies: Please be sure and review Carnegie Hall's policy on audience vaccination, masks, and entrance protocols and ensure that you can comply: See here. We will keep you posted of any changes as they are communicated to us by our presenter but we must be prepared to follow the protocols that are currently in effect.
Will all of your guests on the Companion Tour be able to show proof of vaccination upon arrival at Carnegie Hall, and will wear a mask the whole time as required by Carnegie Hall?

Yes, all guests will be prepared to show proof of vaccination and commit to wear a mask the whole time we are inside the hall.I have questions or need to discuss this - please contact me.
Where would you like your concert tickets located? (First Tier seats may be limited - they will be assigned in the order in which Companion Tour reservations come in.)

Payment Info
Payment options are as follows:

1) Option A – Pay in Full: You will receive an invoice for the full amount which you can pay online with a credit card, or send a check with your child to an upcoming rehearsal, or mail it to the TRYPO office.

2) Option B – Payment Plan: We will set you up on a payment plan of three payments automatically charged on a credit card on March 25 (or as soon as your form is received), April 25, and May 25. If you already have a payment plan on file with TRYPO, submitting this form is your authorization to add the amount below to your monthly charge. If you do not yet have a payment plan on file with TRYPO, you will be sent a separate form via e-mail - we will ask for a quick turnaround to keep your payments spread out!

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend trip insurance as you should assume these payments are non-refundable! Trip insurance that includes Cancel for Any Reason Insurance for the Companion Tour must be purchased within 21 days of your first payment for the trip! By submitting this form, I agree that I am registering for the Companion Tour and agree to pay the amounts listed above. I understand that the fees I pay TRYPO will be passed along to the presenter who is making all trip arrangements and that TRYPO will no longer be in posession of these funds and therefore couldn't refund them even if I have a really good reason for cancelling. I understand that if I have a payment plan and cancel before the final payment is due, I am still responsible for the full balance of this fee. I understand that these fees are almost certainly non-refundable and that I have been advised to consider purchasing trip insurance. I understand that I would need to purchase trip insurance before my final payment to TRYPO is made.
