Office of Career Services Appointment Request Form

Appointments with the Office of Career Services are generally available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Friday. During the winter break and summer months, your OCS office will be virtual, but as available and responsive as ever!  Please note that you can request in person, phone, or virtual appointments.  If you need hours outside of your internship hours, please request those in the form’s comment field.  We are excited to see you!
