    • The rates and fees will be calculated below as you continue to fill out this form. They will be calculated for only ONE occurrence. If you are renting for a recurring event/meeting, the price calculated is for each meeting with the exception that ONLY ONE security deposit will be charged, where applicable, to cover all meetings booked.

    • Events must be booked at least 60 days prior to the event. Events booked less than 60 days before the event must be approved by two members of the Social Hall Use Committee.

    • Member Rates (Full Social Hall)

      • Facility use: $50.00 per hour for every hour or fraction thereof
        (up to $250 a day)
      • Kitchen use: Free
      • Audio/visual system if required: $20 flat fee
      • Refundable security deposit: $250.00

    • Member (Small Social Hall, Classrooms, Library, Sanctuary)

      • Facility use: $25.00 per hour for every hour or fraction thereof
      • Kitchen use: Free
      • Audio/visual system if required: $20 flat fee
      • Refundable security deposit (does not apply to library): $250.00

    • Member B’nei Mitzvah Event Rates

      • Member B’nei Mitzvah events immediately after the b’nei mitzvah service (the Seudah Mitzvah) are included in the fee for the b’nei mitzvah year. Families get free access to the large or small social hall for the luncheon immediately after the service, as well as free access to a TS representative for up to 5 hours, inclusive of setup and tear-down.
      • Audio/visual system if required: $20 flat fee
      • Refundable security deposit: $250.00

    • Member Bereavement Event Rates

      • Member bereavement events immediately after a funeral hosted free of charge

    • Non-Profit Rates (Full Social Hall)

      • Facility use: $80 per hour or fraction thereof, 2 hour minimum
      • Kitchen (prep and warming only): Free
      • Kitchen (cooking and catering): $200 per day
      • Audio/visual system (if desired): $20 flat fee
      • Refundable security deposit: $250.00

    • Non-Profit Rates (Small Social Hall, Classrooms, Library, Sanctuary)

      • Facility use: $50.00 per hour or fraction thereof, 2 hour minimum
      • Kitchen use (prep and warming only): Free
      • Kitchen (cooking and catering): $200 per day
      • Audio/visual system if required: $20 flat fee
      • Refundable security deposit (does not apply to library use): $250.00

    • Non-Member / For-Profit Event Rates (Full Social Hall)

      • Facility use: $100.00 per hour or fraction thereof, 2 hour minimum
      • Kitchen: $200 per day
      • Audio/visual system: $50 flat fee
      • Refundable security deposit: $250.00

    • Non-Member / For-Profit Event Rates
      (Small Social Hall, Classrooms, Library, Sanctuary)

      • Facility use: $75.00 per hour or fraction thereof, 2 hour minimum
      • Kitchen use (prep and warming only): Free
      • Kitchen (cooking and catering): $200 per day
      • Audio/visual system if required: $20 flat fee
      • Refundable security deposit (does not apply to library use): $250.00

    • At the time of booking (i.e. now), two things are due:

      1. A SEPARATE refundable CHECK for the Security Deposit, if applicable.
        (Separate so it can be returned to you after the event if there are no issues.)

      2. At least 50% of remaining event contract.
        (This can be paid online via credit card using this form or offline via cash or check.)

      Any remaining balance will be due at Least 25 days prior to the event.

    • Your Security Deposit is $250.00.

      Please send a check -- made out to Temple Sinai -- ASAP to our address at: Temple Sinai, 3505, Gulling Road, Reno, NV 89503. This check will be held until after the event. We will return it to you if there are no issues that caused a forfeiture of the deposit.

    • Your event/meeting does not require a Security Deposit.

    • ONLINE Payment Section 

    • You must pay at least 50% of the Event Total, which is ${minimumDue}, immediately. If you prefer, you may pay the full balance of ${eventTotal} instead. Any remaining balance is due no later than 20 days prior to the event.

      Remember, if your event requires a deposit, please also send it immediately to Temple Sinai as a separate check in addition to this online payment towards the Event Total. Make all checks payable to "Temple Sinai" and send to the Temple office at "Temple Sinai, 3405 Gulling Road, Reno, NV 89503."
