Our customer is looking for an experienced consultant, who wants to join their team in CFO Finance. CFO Finance is a professional community within CFO Services. CFO Finance works within all areas of the CFO and engage with clients to operate, optimize and transform the finance function. They have clients across different industries and sizes, both national and international. The team has an issue-based approach and apply their core finance and consultancy skills to tailor their solutions to the client.
As the new consultant you will be applying your excellent skills and experience on finance operations, finance business partnering, compliance, project management and/or leadership, while working closely with colleagues on all levels, as well as the client organization.
As a consultant, you will be spending most of your time ‘on site’ with clients and thus, your ‘doer mentality’ and ability to interact with other people are key to success. As an experienced consultant, you will be a role model for your colleagues and will have a unique position to impact how the company scope and deliver their solutions to the clients, as well as you will be responsible for driving progress and ensuring high levels of quality on projects and assignments. Often, you will engage with clients in an interim role-based manner, e.g. in a role as senior accountant, senior finance/business controller, finance manager or ultimately CFO.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate has 1-4 years’ experience from an audit or a similar consultancy position and has a real passion for accounting, management accounting and controlling. Furthermore you have a relevant financial educational background with great results e.g. HD-R, cand.merc.aud or similar. The ideal candidate takes responsibility and can work collaboratively in a team environment, has solid consultancy skills and has remarkable analytical skills with an eagerness to convert ideas into solutions. Furthermore, the ideal candidate has the capability to communicate complex ideas, both verbally and in writing.
