  • Out of State

We frequently work with those who primarily reside out of state.  Many stay in the area for the season or more.  If you're coming in from out of state, we welcome you - but there are a few challenges to note if you're not from the area:

    • We do not provide housing.  You will need to plan your own accomodations both during training and through out the season.

    • We ask for a two-hour driving response time to our primary base here in Philomath, OR or to one of our Dispatching locations in Idaho. Those who live further away may be able to still make a dispatch on a case by case basis if it is a drivable distance.

    • We do not provide transportation to and from base for a dispatch or training.  You have to be able to get yourself to where you need to be.

    BUT, there are options!

    Some people have:

    • Stayed with friends or family who live in the area.
    • Tried out "van life", camped in their truck, or tried tent camping at campgrounds near by.
    • Stayed at hotels or other temporary housing (Like Airbnb).

Whether looking to settle new roots or couch-surfing, we're happy to train and work with you.

  • Make sure your information is CORRECT - we will be communicating with you through email and text!

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.

Remember: PREVIOUS TRAINING DOES NOT GIVE YOU PRIORITY OVER OTHERS. Companies have different approaches and culture.  We want to make sure we have everyone on the same page.

Following protocol is the first step in showing your ability to be a team player.  We appreciate your cooperation and adherence to policy!
