LIFTER REGISTRATION ELIGIBILITY
New Hampshire State Championship Eligibility: You must reside in the state of New Hampshire to be eligible to compete in the New Hampshire State Championship.
Vermont State Championship Eligibility: You must reside in the state of Vermont to be eligible to compete in the Vermont State Championship
All other out-of-state lifters are invited to compete in a special Guest Lifter Division where prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place in the Women's Guest Lifter Open Division and first, second, and third place in the Men's Guest Lifter Open Division.
Membership: You must be a member in good standing with USA Powerlifting. To renew your membership, or to become a member, go to http://www.usapowerlifting.com/membership-application/.
Uniforms: One piece lifting suits are mandatory for all contestants. Non supportive briefs or boxer briefs must be worn during the competition.

Admission for all spectators 13 years of age and older, and personal coaches is $10.00 at the door.
