The following are rules on the bus and if broken could result in loss of deposit.

No Smoking
No illegal drugs
No underage drinking
No standing on seats
No sitting on the back of the Seats
No glitter and confetti
In order to prevent excessively large spills, kegs and barrels of beer, or water coolers filled with liquids are prohibited
Guests are welcometo bring their own alcohol beverages and enjoy them while riding the bus. However, guests may not carry open containers of alcohol onto or off the bus.
If you spill, please clean it up right away.
No guns and knives

If you wish to bring food you may. Please, no foods that will leave permanent odors such as fish. Jello Shots are allowed but please clean up the mess.
No sitting on the back of the Seats
No glitter and confetti
Please use the party pole in a safe manner by keeping feet on the floor
While the bus is in motion, passengers must sit or stand behind the driver's privacy curtain.
Standing while the bus is in motion could result in passenger injury. The Kickback Party Tours is not responsible for any injuries due to a passenger who stands while the bus is in motion.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT & GRATUITY
A refundable deposit of $150 will become due once an event is agreed upon between the client and The Kickback Party Tours. The deposit is required to hold your date and serve as a security deposit for any damages or detailing that needs to be done to the vehicle. Please coordinate with The Kickback Party Tours to coordinate the payment of your deposit.

Full payment is due upon the time of pick-up. The full payment can be made in CASH at the time of pickup, or by CHECK or CREDIT CARD if paid 1 week prior to your rental date. All CHECKS must be made out to The Kickback Party Tours. If paid by CREDIT CARD a 2.75% credit card vendor fee will be added to the cost. We Accept CASHAPP ($KickbackPT), Venmo (@KickbackPT), and Zelle (2019fml@gmail.com).

A 20% voluntary driver gratuity will be added to the cost of your rental.
DAMAGE POLICY & FEES
The driver inspects each vehicle before, during, and after each rental. In the event of damage, the customer shall be responsible for any repairs or cleaning. The following will result in automatic loss of your $150 deposit:
- Cracked or Broken Windows
- Smoking Burns
- Smell of Smoke
- Any Damage to Vehicle or Equipment
- Excessively Spilled Fluids
- Any Bio-hazardous Fluids left behind (to include Vomit, Urine, Fecal matter, other bodily fluids, etc.)
CANCELLATION
A cancellation notice is required at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit.

All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to 2019fml@gmail.com.

By signing this agreement I accecpt responsibility for all actions of the people in my party and understand that The Kickback Party Tours shall not be held responsible for any actions by passengers leading to personal injury.
