I acknowledge that payment of the membership fee is required in full at the time of the membership application and this is non-refundable unless my application for membership is not approved.
Applications for membershp will be assessed at the next MetroStars Committee meeting. If approved, a club representative will be in contact with you to arrange delivery of membership cards/season passes.
