One of the objectives of our club is to provide formal and informal opportunities for members to acquire skills in hiking, mountaineering, leadership, wilderness survival, and outdoor awareness. We are investing in our membership through the creation of an Education Opportunity/Rebate program. This is a limited opportunity for 2020.
We believe that when members develop strong skills, they gain confidence and enthusiasm. In turn, that enthusiasm will pour out on club trips. Whether you want to learn more about navigation, belaying, avalanche safety, lead climb, or even kayaking, you can do so with the support of the Island Mountain Ramblers.
