MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership is available to parents or guardians of children aged up to 60mths (5yrs).
2. Membership term is for 12mths
3. Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable and is limited to 1 per family for up to a maximum of two children.
4. Play sessions can be used for any child when accompanied by the named adult member. Each play session will be redeemed against your membership credits on our secure database on our EposNow system. Entries after this will be chargeable at the discounted rate until the following month.
5. Membership must not be used to conduct any fraudulent activity
6. Members agree to abide by the Ollie Polly 'house rules' at all times when onsite
7. We reserve the right to revoke membership and all its benefits in the event of any non-payment, misuse or breach of these terms and conditions or disregard of the playcafe 'house rules'
8. Included play sessions will not be rolled over if not used and are not redeemable for ticketed or seasonal events.
9. Minimum £10 spend applies in order to receive cafe discount; single use per visit for the named adult (after deposit redemption & not including entry fees)
10. Member Perks will be advertised onsite or via social media and will be subject to availabilty. 
11. Party discount benefits are exclusive to party bookings made by the member and/or services booked for named children only.
12. Priority booking information for events will be released at least 2 weeks in advance of ticket sales going live to the general public.
13. Details of service partner offers will be made available through social media channels and the newsletter.
14. Upon submitting the completed form you will be added to our secure members database and sent bank details for the entire fee or monthly standing order amount for your chosen membership plan. Your reference will be 'Surname Membership level' for example 'Smith Gold'
15. Payment must be received within 7 days to validate your membership.
16. Payment must be made in person in the cafe to obtain membership benefits immediately. Items 14 & 15 still apply above.
17. Membership fees will be collected in full (annual fee) or by monthly standing order in installments over the 12mth term. (monthly)
18. Membership will renew automatically at the end of the 12mth term unless notice is received as per item 22 below.
19. Memberships will be valid for 12 months from the initial date of payment.
20. Payment of the membership fee constitutes acceptance of our securely retaining your personal data for Nattybites Limited marketing purposes.
21. Completion & submission of the form implies acceptance of these conditions and intention to pay the fee for the selected membership in full.
22. Members may cancel or alter their membership by providing 28 days written notice to info@olliepolly.co.uk
23. All benefits of membership will continue until the notice date as will the members obligation for payment.
24. Membership benefits will cease in the event that a monthly payment is not received within 14 days of the due date unless we receive communication from the member. 
25. Nattybites Limited t/a Ollie Polly Play Cafe reserve the right to alter or amend these terms by giving not less than 30 days notice in writing to members, listing any changes and the implications thereof
26. Membership costs will be periodically reviewed and altered in line with the business requirements.
27. Renewing members will only ever pay the amount they joined at provided they maintain the membership. In the event of failed payments or cancellation, any subsequent reinstatement of the membership will result in the member paying the current price.
