Currently, I'm booking for February 2026 - August 2026 in Ottawa, Ontario. To ensure a clear understanding of your tattoo concept, please provide detailed information on this form. Accurate descriptions, along with relevant reference and placement images, are vital for a precise interpretation and selection of your design.
A detailed description of your tattoo idea*
Please describe your tattoo in as much detail as possible. Include any relevant information like size, shape, position on your body, types and the number of flowers, plants, birds, etc. Please keep it short, do not include any personal information or reasons why you want this tattoo, I will be happy to discuss it in the session.
Preferred placement*
If you are flexible with the placement please mention it.

This picture should give me an understanding of the exact placement on your body, shape and size of the tattoo. The distance should be just right enough to see the whole body part where the tattoo should be placed. *
