• Submit Announcement to the Hayhurst Elementary Newsletter

  • Thank you for submitting your announcement to the Hayhurst PTA weekly newsletter.

    Normally, the weekly newsletter is sent out on Tuesdays.Announcements should be submitted by 8 a.m. Monday morning to be included in the newsletter the following morning (though many times last minute submissions are OK, just not guaranteed).

    You can see previous email newsletters here. Also, announcements are usually also posted on the Hayhurst PTA website hayhurstpta.org. Event announcements will usually be added to our event calendar.

    If you need to submit an urgent announcement, please contact Kathy at the school office.

  • To announce a class, please do not use this form. Instead, click here to submit program information.

  • We may edit your submission to fit the newsletter or website format.

    When including a graphic or flier with text in it, please also include some or all the text from the image in the Announcement Text field. When you don't, we need to type it in which makes it harder to publish the newsletter. We avoid sharing announcements with image only as it is not ADA compliant and is difficult for non English readers (consider people using screen readers and translation software). Thanks for your support.

    It is really helpful if you can include an image with your announcement, even if it's just decorative, but please be respectful of copyrights.
