YES, WE DO CUSTOM ORDERS ON VALENTINES SEASON. PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE THROUGH OUR FACEBOOK PAGE SO WE CAN QUOTE AND CHECK YOUR DESIRED ARRANGEMENT.
NOTE THAT WE ARE RECEIVING NUMEROUS MESSAGE THROUGH OUR FACEBOOK PAGE / MESSENGER AND WILL TRY TO ACCOMODATE YOUR INQUIRIES AS MUCH AS WE CAN. OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE BELOW:

FOR VALENTINES SEASON, WE ONLY ACCEPT WALK INS ON FEB 11, 12, 13, AND 14. FOR ORDERS BEFORE FEB 11, PLEASE MESSAGE US ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE.

3) HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING FEE?
Our shipping fee depends on area / city. Usually our shipping fee cost more or less with GRAB DELIVERY RATE. But we do sometime book emergency delivery with other partner riders - same rate applies as we give all the shipping payment to our riders.
Note that all shipping fees will be given to our partner rider, and WE DO NOT take profit in any form from shipping fee.
4) FOR VALENTINES SEASON, UNTIL WHEN CAN WE ORDER AND PAY?
For Valentine Season, Last order and payment is on Feb 12 2019 until 10pm only. Any orders after those dates will either be refunded or will be shipped after February 14.
With this, you must contact our customer support at 0917 839 2437 and include the ff: ORDER NUMBER, SENDER'S/CUSTOMER'S FULL NAME., AMT
Please make sure to take note of the cut off date to avoid any hassle.

6) CAN YOU DELIVER SURPRISE BOUQUET?
Yes, Please kindly put your details in the CUSTOMER/SENDER,and HIS/HER details in the RECEIVER.
If you plan tto receive the bouquet personally, please kindly fill up the RECEIVER details with the same informations with the SENDER details.
7) CAN WE INCLUDE LETTERS IN OUR BOUQUET?
Depending on the volume of orders, we will try our best to include any letters or special remarks.
REMINDERS:
- Please kindly REPLY through the order email the payment slip within 48hours upon order.
- Fill up this form only if your are 100% sure in ordering. Please avoid submitting forms multiple times to avoid confusion.
- Our riders can only delivery to areas/delivery address that can park Motorcycles, any additional fees such as parking fee shall be shouldered by the customer
