STEP 1| Complete Travel Planning Info -- My goal is to give you a great experience along with great pricing.
STEP 2| Vacation Quotes -- Please allow 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS to receive your quote via the email address you've provided below. This will allow enough time to create a personalized vacation quote based on your desired destination, amenities and budget information.
STEP 3| Secure Your Vacation! -- To secure your quoted price, most vendors require a deposit or full payment at the time of price quoted, being "Deposit Ready" at the time of the price quoted is very important. After the quote has been agreed upon, all payment information will be required to process payment to the vendor. Once prices are confirmed and you are ready to proceed with booking, I will then forward you a Credit Card Authorization document via email, requesting authorization to process all agreed payments...your information is secured and will not be shared, unless requested by the vendor you're booking with.This is the only way that we can ensure that you get what you want.

A service planning fee is REQUIRED prior to planning your vacation, this fee will be applied to the price of your vacation package. As a Travel Professional, I am not only booking travel for you, but I am also searching for and sifting through the many vendors that I have access to in order to create the perfect vacation package for you, and that itself takes time to do.
SERVICE PLANNING FEE. Solo/Couple/Small Family ~ 1-4 Travelers - $30 Flat Rate. Groups/Large Number of Travelers ~ 5 + Travelers - $50 Flat Rate * GROUP TRAVEL ~ Everyone MUST pay the deposit together at the time of booking. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
