Drop-off/Pick-upAn adult caregiver must be present at drop-off and pick-up. children must not be left unattended in the museum at any time.
PhotographyBy registering, you give content for your/your child’s photograph to be taken during museum programs and to be used for museum promotional purposes, unless specifically requested in writing.
Registration and paymentAdvance registration is required for all classes. Payment is due in full at the time of the class. classes and workshops are small, and space is limited. Students are encouraged to register at the earliest opportunity in the event a popular course fills quickly.
Withdrawals and refundsTuition will be refunded for withdrawn registrations as follows: received at least2 weeks prior to first class day:• 100% refund• received at least 1 week prior to first class day: 50% refund• received less than 7 days prior to first class day: No refund.ScholarshipsFull and partial tuition scholarships are available to students and families demonstrating need. Contact education Director Margaret Buhr at 563.557.1851 X. 115 for an application.CancellationIn the event class is cancelled due to weather, low enrollment, or unforeseencircumstances, tuition will be refunded 100%. In case of the Museum closing due to inclement weather, museum staff will contact the Parent/Guardian at the contact number(s) provided with registration.
