Late fees are as follows: Moment To Pawz LLC Pet Service requires teamwork and communication to provide really good pet service for your pet(s). We do our best to be flexible, and we appreciate those that respect our time as well. We do our best to communicate effectively with you when sudden changes arise on our end that may prevent us from providing pet service, we ask that you provide the same respect as well.
Bridges/traffic/weather/construction are beyond your control and we don't hold that against you. We will penalize clients that show blatant disrespect for our time, consistently late without communication, continuous last-minute cancellations, with no regard for our time, etc. Right then we reserve the right to terminate our Pet Service relationship with you.
Though I do understand things happen that cause plans to change. Make sure you are absolutely sure before booking pet service, PayPal charges us a refund fee which we will charge you for the next pet service you book. We will charge a cancellation fee as well to compensate us for our time preparing a spot for your pet(s). $10.00 Late fees are added every 30 mins you are late, it can be paid in cash/and/or will be billed to you in a form of an invoice until it is paid in full.
Paying in advance: You recognize and understand that if you choose to pay for more than one (1) month in advance, that you are paying for future services and may be risking loss of money in the event Moment To Pawz LLC Pet Service ceases to operate/hanges policies/. Required by Florida Law providing any security and other protections may not be provided to you should you chose to pay in advance. We reserve the right to change cancellation terms/policies at any given time.
Parents that do not call to reschedule/do not show up for their pet(s) scheduled pet service, it does not matter if you have paid in advance, no refund nor credit will be issued to you. If cancellations/no call-no show become out of control we will terminate our pet service relationship with you and you must find another pet service provider.
For Cancellations for Dog Boarding/Dog Day Care
This is how it works:
Moment To Pawz LLC Pet Service DOES NOT give refunds:
You have (4 days) to notify us of cancellation of your booked and paid for Dog Boarding pet service with us to receive full credit.
72-hour notice (3 days) of cancellation results in only a 50% credit back to you.
48-hour notice (2 days) of cancellation results in only a 25% credit back to you.
No credits/nor price adjustments for early arrivals!
Cancel on the day of service NO CREDIT.
For monthly payers: You accept the risk meaning take FULL responsiblity when you pay in advance. We reserve the right to decide to refund some or all monies back to you depending on the situation and how you inform us to why you may need a credit or refund. We do not give refunds normally. We prepare for your pets being with us plus for other operations for the business. Please respect that, be considerate of our time. If you will no longer be a client of ours then Moment To Pawz LLC will terminate the agreement. You have a week to pick up all items that belong to your pets unless you state you are donating your pets items to us or you make arrangements with us to pick them up.
