Cancellation Policy GVA understands that plans can change. Because GVA makes advance commitments to create your experience, cancellation terms are based on how far in advance you cancel. ​ 60+ days before departure You may cancel and receive a refund of 75% of the total amount paid. The remaining 25% is retained to cover costs associated with planning and securing your trip. ​ Alternatively, you may transfer 100% of the amount paid toward another available Grand Valley Adventure Motocation within 12 months of your original trip date. Transfer requests must be made prior to the original scheduled trip date and are subject to availability. ​ 30–59 days before departure Payments are non-refundable, but you may request to transfer your booking to another available Grand Valley Adventure Motocation within 12 months of your original trip date. Less than 30 days before departure Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. ​ Why We Have This Policy Every Grand Valley Adventure Motocation requires advance planning and financial commitments. Accommodations may need to be reserved months ahead, and meals, transportation, motorcycles, gear, guides, and other elements may be arranged specifically for your trip and experience. Our cancellation policy allows us to make those commitments while giving you reasonable flexibility when plans change.
