Our Sourcing Administrator will contact shortlisted admissions by phone. These calls are a good way for our Administrator to determine whether you meet the pre-requisites for the rail industry (outlined in this information). It’s also a good opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.
Course Information Session
Applicants who are invited to the Course Information Session at the Tamworth Community Centre, 3a Darling Street, Tamworth NSW at 9am. These course information sessions will consist of course expectations and pre-requisite requirements. We will also have Train Crew in attendance for you to ask any questions. At this point you will need to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment.
Due to the number of course placements on offer, shortlisted candidates will be offered a Course Offers to progress to medical submissions.
Applicants will be advised of a course offer via email.
A full Fit for Duty CAT 1 Rail Medical plus musculoskeletal and cardiovascular fitness test.
Applicants will be sent an Enrolment Form. Enrolments & Course Fees must be made prior to the course commencement.
Students will not be able to attend if enrolment, course fees and fit for duty medicals are not received prior to the course.
