A Birthworker's Paradigm; A Conference for Home & Hospital Birthworkers
Epiphany Birth Services is so excited to be hosting its second annual conference entitled, “A Birthworker’s Paradigm; A Conference for Home and Hospital Birthworkers”. This event will take place virtually on Friday October 23 and Saturday October 24 from 8am-12:30pm CST. This conference is designed to raise awareness about the importance of properly serving people during pregnancy and postpartum. 25% of all proceeds will also be donated to For The Village, Inc- a local nonprofit working to enhance birth and maternal outcomes in the Black community.
We are looking for vendors to showcase during the weeks surrounding conference. Particularly during this pandemic, we’d love to be able to share with the public how your business is still serving the community.
Vendor perks:
- Conference registration
- Your business logo on our social media and website for the weeks surrounding conference
- Vendor highlights during conference advertising
- Opportunity to network with and provide business information to fellow birth workers
- A portion of your fee will be going towards For the Village, Inc (a non- profit committed to enhancing birth outcomes within the Black community)
Ideal Vendors are those who can answer "yes" to any of the following statements in relation to their business:
- I provide a valuable service that benefits birth workers
- I would love to increase the public’s awareness of the services that my business provides to pregnant/postpartum families and/or to birth workers
- I’d like to be added to a list of community resources as a valuable resource to the birthing community
- I am looking to establish community partnerships with local birth workers
- I’d like to support a community event that will contribute to improving birth outcomes for marginalized communities
- I’d like for the public to know how my business continues to serve families virtually or in-person in this season
