Double Occupancy Advisory
I understand that this trip is priced for double occupancy room reservations which means that (2) people must occupy one room in order for the advertised price to be honored. In the event that I start with a room mate and s/he cancels and I am unable to find a replacement, my invoice will be increased to include the single supplement fee which will be due at the time of final payment. I also understand I have the option to list myself or room vacancy for room mate pairing offered through Girl Let's Go, LLC but in doing so no promise has been made to me that a room mate will be found or paired with me. The single supplement rate for this trip is $899.00. We will always request your preferred bedding however, the assignment of rooms and bedding is based solely on the hotel/resort availability at the time of check in and can include one single bed, two separate beds and sofa beds.
I understand to remain booked on this trip, I must maintain a payment by making monthly installments on my reservation of at least $125.00 per person per month which can be broken down into weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments as the financial requirement is met.
Additional Fees & Penalties
I understand a name changes will incur a charge of $49.99 per person before the final payment date and $149.99 thereafter. If a final payment extension is approved, a fee convenience fee of $149.99 will be assessed to the invoice with the new due date. Transactions that result in insufficient funds are assessed a fee of $36..99 per occurrence. Late fees are assessed in the amount of $14.99 for each calendar month where a payment has been missed. All fees must be paid in full by the final payment date for the invoice to be paid in full.
I understand the my invoice balance must be paid in full on or before 7pm EST on July 1, 2021.
I understand invoices are sent out and paid electronically to each INDIVIDUAL registered on the trip. Unless you are paying for a family member/spouse, we recommend each person register for themselves AND handle their own financial affairs. Those requesting to be invoiced together do so with the understanding that the invoice cannot be paid in full unless ALL balances, penalties and fees are satisfied regardless of who they belong to. Someone on your invoice who does not satisfy their balance in full can jeopardize your reservation which can result you being cancelled from the trip.
Changes to Itinerary
I understand the itinerary of events is subject to change and I am therefore strongly discouraged from purchasing excursion/event admissions prior to the trip. The purchase of any ticket, reservation or event that is compromised or missed due to a change in the itinerary will be a loss at my own expense and any disputes or request for credit/refund must be taken up with the company in which the purchase was made from, Girl Let's Go, LLC and its tour conductors share no responsibility in the compensation. An accurated itinerary will be released one year prior to travel however, due to situations that can arise beyond our control, we reserve the right to make changes at any time.
Travel Protection & Refund Policy
I understand travel protection is optional but highly recommended and that some policies are time sensitive so it is recommended that travelers acquire their policy immediately upon booking. The price of a travel protection policy is based on your age, state, trip cost and several other factors to include the type of coverage that "you" want/need. Please note: Travel Protection and Travel Medical Insurance are different and you may want to consider selecting a policy that offers both. Travelers may purchase policies through their chosen provider. If you want the benefit of seeking some type of compensation should you need to cancel, you need to acquire travel protection. Otherwise, it is understood that this registration, and all payments associated with this trip/booking are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our refund policy stands whether you voluntarily or involuntarily cancel from this trip. Travel Documents and Travel Readiness
I understand it is my responsibility to obtain all travel documents required to enter the country which should include at a minimum a passport with 6 months validity beyond the travel dates for this trip. It is my (the traveler's) responsibility to ensure the name used on my itinerary matches exactly to the name issued on my state issued ID and passport/visa or take the necessary steps to prove why it is not.
