  • MEMBERS are companies whose operations align with the objective and intents of g2g, and have signed on to this agreement. This MEMBER RELATIONSHIP AGREEMENT begins on signing and continues to the day previous one year following.

  •  g2g philosophy, relationship and limitations

  • g2g is a social enterprise with the intent to make it easy for people to choose local, social and green for their purchasing and lifestyle choices. It is a collaborative endeavor that will thrive with mutual support and engagement in the spirit of community.

    g2g commits to, as far as reasonable, updating your PROFILE with changes of material relevance.


    g2g reserves the right to suspend or cancel the MEMBER RELATIONSHIP AGREEMENT at any time without notice. g2g will prorate a refund for the remainder of the term. If any of these points are not enforceable, the agreement as a whole still stands.

    g2g agrees to provide services in accordance with MEMBER BENEFITS including: website (PROFILE), social media promo, sharing, google my business and google ad words. The phrase ‘member profile’ refers specifically to the PROFILE on the guidetothegood.ca website

  • MEMBER COMPANY terms and obligations

  • The company named above agrees to become a MEMBER and authorizes g2g to represent the company through the aforementioned means.


    The MEMBER agrees to a timely response turnaround during the production phase, sound consideration of keywords and tags, and collaborative promotion of g2g and fellow profiles as appropriate.


    The MEMBER is encouraged to keep g2g informed about relevant materials changes in their company and acknowledges that g2g will, as far as reasonable and practicable, update changes to their PROFILE.


    The MEMBER recognizes that g2g is reliant on technology and accepts that, from time to time, technology fails.


    Indemnity! g2g and the MEMBER make the MEMBER RELATIONSHIP AGREEMENT in good faith. MEMBER agrees that agrees not to hold the g2g liable for damages which may arise out of the agreement.


    The MEMBER acknowledges that membership is a one-year agreement, and agrees to payment terms indicated below (membership does not charge hst)
